One of the instruments in this piece is Clarinet in Bb/Bass clarinet, but in movement 2, it's only Clarinet. How can I change the staff name for just the second movement? When you set the name in Score Manager, it seems you're stuck with that throughout.

Thanks,

Mark

Define a Staff Style (Staff menu) with a new name (Abbreviated) and apply it to the region.

I would use a custom staff style, and apply the staff style to the relevant region.

The abbreviated name should only name the instrument that's playing in that system, so you need only change the full name that you see at the beginning of the piece or movement.

Thank you, everyone. Creating a Staff Style did the trick!
