Hi
When I set the title of a composition and some info about composers, lyrics and so on at the head of a score, it shows suddenly in orange/red.
Sometimes it doen't even show in the parts.
It has surely to do with some misplacement issue, but I can't solve it...Any idea?
Help appreciated
Daniel

If you unlink something between score and parts (often by moving it), it will turn orange to indicate that. In the file you've attached, though, the title looks to be linked.

Thank you,
so the orage colour means that the Text was linked and that it was moved.
When I edit the SCORE the Title text is there
When I edit the PART Group, the text Title is still there also.
But when I edit the PART Vocal, the Title has disapeared...
Why is that? And where is it?
I guess I don't have to re-create a Title for each part? Or?
I don't understand exactly how to proceed with the titles in the parts and how to place them. Whar are the rules exactly?
Thanks for the help.

No, as long as you create the texts (in the score) via the Text menu -> Inserts and define a range of pages for each of them.
These text blocks will use what is entered in ScoreManager -> File Info.

I'm not sure I'm understanding you.

When I look at your file, you have the score and two parts, "Instruments" and "Choir." The piece title "Kamaange kôb-ra weongo" is in the score and all parts, and is black in everywhere--is that what you're talking about?

The text that looks red in the score, e.g. "un vieil os dans le champ de maïs," is attached to the soprano staff only. If you want that to appear in all parts, the way "Allegro" or "a tempo" would, you should be using expressions, not text blocks.
