Adding brackets to lyrics

Suppose I want to add brackets around verses 2 and 3 in order to group them together into an elongated verse 2. How do I do that?
Pic added because my description of the problem almost certainly doesn't describe it well.

I would use verses 1-3 to enter the lyrics, so they are each in a separate line. Don't use Auto-number lyrics. Add the verse numbers and the brackets as expressions.

Thank you, right, but where do I find those brackets? Articulations or something?

You could create an expression, in the appropriate size. Maestro Times has these brackets, but many other fonts, too.

As the brackets in text fonts are usually designed for the height of a single text line, they may look too bold if you use them at a higher font size required for multiple lyrics lines (7-10 is from text fonts, 1-6 from music fonts).

(For details see "Using Large Brackets in Finale": https://elbsound.studio/large-brackets-in-finale.php)

The thin bracket symbol
a) is included as symbol 0xE000 in some SMuFl fonts (e.g. the new Finale Maestro from Finale 27, November 2, Aruvarb, etc.)
or
b) can be built from two symbols (bottom and top part) as in these fonts:

Huh. I just used the bracket on the keyboard… Times New Roman font, the same as my lyrics.
