I got a crash and restored the document which was given the name [Fa]. Where is it stored? I want to delete it.

It should be and is most likely in the folder you specified when you set up Finale. Mine is Z:\Finale27\Autosave and Z:\Finale27\Backups
If Finale crashed you are at the mercy of your last backup or autosave since Finale probably didn't have time to do a newer save.

If it has another folder I am not aware of it perhaps somebody else here is.

When there's a crash, the file is restored from the Autosave file (not Backup) in the directory specified in Preferences for Autosave. If that specification is blank, then it's in the same directory as your .musx file. Autosave files have the extension .asvx.

The file that triggers the crash restoring/reporting when Finale restarts is in a subdirectory called Finale in the Temporary Files directory. If Finale keeps trying to restore/report every time you launch it, you can delete that subdirectory.
