I have some music onto which I would like to type Ukrainian words [using the LYRICS tool]. It does not seem to accept Ukrainian font [although the TEXT tool does]. Do you have any suggestions?

You don't need to look for a special Ukrainian font, because they use Cyrillic, to which there are three more specific letters: I/i, Ï/ï and Ґ/ґ due to the peculiarities of their language.
I suggest you read the topic from the link, and I hope you will understand how to proceed.

I recently did a chart of Ukraine national anthem. Just use any font that has the Cyrillic characters. You can’t do it with Finale Lyrics, because it doesn’t have those characters.
