Screen resolution: Tool bars are really small

I'm switching to various second monitors between home and work and maybe that has something to do with it, but suddenly my toolbar icons are so small. Also, on the Setup Wizard, the choices in the second window of Select a document style are scrunched together with like negative spacing between them. Even though in Windows I've set the resolution to "Recommended" settings and even made the text larger, the toolbars remain small while the text in Finale in general is a good size and readable. The scores look fine.
