how to create this in Guitar part

How can I create a rhythm guitar part with BOTH rhythmic slashes and Rhythmic X slashes?

I can easily create for example quarter and 6 1/8 notes but I cant seem to get THIS:

1 2+ 3+ 4+

Where 1 = quarter note strum

ALL are a percussive strum ( no pitch)

ALSO in addition the

AND of 2
AND of 3
AND of 4
are all sounded ie NOT percussive
