Is this some kind of lock symbol?

I've scanned some music with SmartScore 64 Pro since I want to make changes to simplify the note reading. On two of the pages there's this symbol. I guess it's some kind of lock since I can't make changes with the page layout tool? If I remove the measure locks, then all systems get squeezed together. If I try to space systems evenly, then the pages with this symbol only get two measures, one at the top and one at the bottom with just empty space in between.

To remove it, from the Page Layout tool, right click in the first system on that page and pick Delete Page Break.

There’s a plug-in to automatically remove all or some of them from the entire document. I got it off one of the plug-in sites but I don’t remember which one. Someone here will, I’m sure.

Thanks! Would have been hard to find I guess since I probably would have tried right clicking on the symbol or in one of the boxes in the page margin.
