Hello,

When I create a PDF, some elements don't reflect what the Finale file does.
Please see attachments:
Thanks in advance

I'm talking about the trem. sign NOT about the invisible noteheads

I can reproduce, but it's even worse. Looks like your file was F25.5. I'm on F27.x and here is how the PDF came out (using the graphics tool)

If I reopen your file and don't update articulation preferences, then it's more like what you're seeing:

Now, I haven't made a bowed tremolo in ages in Finale, but what I did was to erase yours, then selected the measure and hit Utility: Apply Articulation and applied what is #33 in my list (YMMV), and here is what I got:

Finale 27.x:

So this seems to be a bug. Anyone else replicating this?

Sorry about that-I was hoping I could fix it for you.

This is an old issue.
It was reported in a thread in 2010, but it may be even older.

Fix:
Do not hide the noteheads.
Instead, move them off the page (vertically or horizontally).
In that way the noteheads will not print, even if they are not "hidden”, technically speaking.

A better solution that I found is to instead of hiding, changing the notehead shape.....
