"Align Dynamics" occasionally doesn't work

I use this constantly; saves loads of time. Every once in awhile, I select a passage, or even just one bar--click "go," and one, or two, different markings don't move. I've tried exiting and coming back in, etc., nothing doing. Any ideas? Are there any known quirks I should be aware of?

I've never had a problem with it. Could you have attached something to the staff below by mistake? The next time it happens, upload a sample here.
If you're using it constantly, you should know about the keyboard shortcuts: press Alt+Keypad+ Alt+Keypad- to align and move dynamic marks up and down, with hairpins. Press Alt-Keypad* to align only.
