How do I create a mid-measure repeat between the quarter rest and the 2 eighth notes? I've tried the plug-in with no success.

Use the Split Measure plug-in first.

The plug-in Mid Measure Repeats works for me - without splitting the measure first.

When you tried the plug-in, did you select all the staves in that measure?

Thanks to both of you. The split measure tool worked great. Much appreciated. The user manual is not very informative. It needs a lot of work. This forum is a God send.

Yes, you are preaching to the choir on that subject. While finding the Split Measure tool in the manual is easy, it assumes that you know to select all staves in a system before it can work.

For most of us, that wouldn't even make the Top 100 in our list of suggested improvements and corrections.
