I know this is not very new, but I can't figure it out. I need to make page numbers starting with PAGE 4 on the left side and 5 on the right and continue on. I have page numbers someone did for me but they are wrong from one number to the next.

I highlighted what was there on the left and went to Frame attribute. Left and right on horizontal and Vertical and NOTHING. Doing one page at a time is easy but I wish to to automatically do the whole number left and right. Please help. Thank you.

Somewhere there's a Page Offset setting, which will do what you want. I'm away from my computer, but look on the menus (Document or Edit, maybe).

I could be wrong, but I seem to recall that
Page Offset…
is in the Text menu.

You're right. I guess it makes sense since the page numbers are Text blocks.
