Finale Swing playback problem

I have one file that seems to have some issue with the swing on playback. When I select "jazz" from human playback menu, it makes the eigths straight. When I choose "standard" under human playback, the eights become very jerky-= not the typical natural sound I get when apply swing using the jazz playback on other files. Can anyone figure out the issue?
