still confounded -measure regions

I have three measure regions here.
1. Meas.1-34, (display as 1-34)
2. meas.35-87, (display as 1-53)
3. meas.88 - 197 (display as 1-110)
But region 3 is showing meas.35 at the beginning. Why?

Not true.
It is movement 3 that shows meas. 35 at the beginning, not region 3.

My guess is that each measure number region was supposed to cover one movement - right?

Hence:
1. meas. 1-34, (display as 1-34)
2. meas. 35-121, (display as 1-87)
3. meas. 122-230, (display as 1-109)

Thank you! A simple thing like this and my math gets confounded.
You are correct about the movements.
