In the last measure I'd like to put Glissando downwards direction for the right hand and indicate it with an arrow.
And the contrary for the left hand of the Piano.
I appreciate your help

The Bravura font contains both upwards and downwards arpeggios. As articulations, they can't be resized, but that may not be an issue. You can get the Barvura font (free) here: https://www.smufl.org/fonts/
An app like PopChars will help finding the characters. https://ergonis.com/popchar

The trouble with the SMuFL all-in-one font concept is you have to search through hundreds of oddball characters and foreign alphabets to find what you want.
I suppose you could use the standard Maestro arpeggio articulation, which is adjustable, and add a separate arrowhead on the end. I suspect the SmartShape is the easier, though.

motet,
I went to the Engraver Text Character Set. The glissandi with the arrows are there, I see them, but I cannot put them into the score.
How can you put them into the score?

You have to create an expression using them. Go to Expressions > Miscellaneous, and choose “Create”. In the character map, each character has a keystroke combination, like “Shift-V.” Type that keystroke into the text window. Select that character, and in the Font window, choose Engraver Text. Adjust the size if necessary. Click OK, and it should now appear in the Expessions > Misc. window.

Here's the file I used to make the picture above. Copy these two measures into your file, then clear them (NOT Undo) and the articulations will remain in the library of articulations.
