I've been working on a project for a client. I needed to make some updates and opened my Finale file on my studio computer rather than my laptop.
The layout/fonts/look is wonky. Is this a font issue?
I have the same version of Finale on both computers.
See photos of what it should look like vs what I'm seeing on my desktop.

FWIW, I'm checking my Font Book and it seems all the necessary fonts are installed (I use Finale all the time on both computers)

"Amazing Medieval Ballad" and "Ren. Fair Cosplay" don't appear to be the same file.

Are you saying Finale is changing the text of the title? You might want to check again.
