Hey, I accidentally messed up my suffix library when typing chords into my score. I was prompted to add a new suffix definition and accidentally agreed. Now every time I type the number "9" or capital "M" it automatically displays an "Eb" chord symptom in its place. Example: "EbMaj6/9" is displaying at "EbEb6/Eb" How do I fix this? I tried resetting all preferences under the "File" tab, but it still continues to do this! How do i correct my chords suffix library to forget that definition?
Thank you
J.

•Go to File Menu > New and select "Default Document".
•In this document, enter the correct chord in the first measure.
•Set the Edit Filter to copy chords.
•Copy the measure and paste it into the file with the messed up chord.
The new, correct suffix will be added to the end of the suffix selection box and you can use it as needed.

1. With the chord tool, double click anywhere in the score where there is no chord.
2. That brings up the Chord Definition box.
3. At the top, click Show Advanced.
4. At the bottom, under Suffix, click Select.
5. That brings up the Chord Definition box.
6. Find the errant chord suffix, select it, and click delete.
7. Now you can go back to the score and create the correct suffix.
Cheers,
Jer
