Dynamics not showing up after opening older file

I opened a file created in an older version of Finale into Finale 25.

There are no Dynamic markings in the tool. In fact, nothing shows up for any category in the Expression tool except for Miscellaneous. It looks to me like the appropriate petrucci font is selected in the appropriate place just like in every other document I have. Any ideas? - I solved this by loading the Expressions LIbrary in Document - Document Options. It duplicated the libraries in the expressions tool but gave me what I needed.

All the duplets show X:Yq instead of a number. I can change them individually, but I cannot find a way to change all of them globally in this document. Any ideas?
If anyone else has this issue I solved it with this:

Select the Selection Tool
Press Ctrl/Cmd + A to Select All (or select the measure region needed)
Go to Utilities Menu > Change > Tuplets:
