Resizing page in linked part moves the copyright

When I resize page using the % tool in individual linked parts the copyright is moved with the rest of the page. This is annoying, because sometimes I like having a different page size % for different parts in order to fit 2.25 pages into 2 pages without having to move measures around. Is there a work around other than manually moving the copyright where necessary? I imagine PL does this as well, BUT these scores I finished already and the various publishing houses are slow to send their specific copyrights, so parts have already been finished for rehearsals and I will have to add copyrights and reprint before the performance.

On the score, right click on the copyright text handle and under "Frame Attributes" make sure the following settings are made:
