I had to add a new grand staff to this document, created years ago, probably in 2014.5, possibly earlier. Now some pages won't hide staves, no matter what I do. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Are you certain the staves are empty?

Glancing through your file, I didn't find empty staves, except as part of a grand staff, and on the last page where I was able to hide them. Which specifically are you complaining about? If I cleared music out of a flute system, e.g., I was able to hide it. You can't typically hide one staff of a grand staff like harp because of the group attribute--maybe that's what's confusing you. You could change that attribute, but I think it would be odd to hide only one of the staves.

I'm just noticing that the program has added in some groups on it's own, with piano brackets, which are formatted to not allow hiding. Vry odd and slightly annoying, but that's solved it.
