Housestyle and updating fonts and positions

Hi all!

I have a workflow issue that has been bugging me for a long time and wonder if I have been using finale wrong all these years or if there is something I am missing.

When I import house style and categories options to a new document I update fonts and positions in the expressions dialogue box and delete all expressions not associated with the new document. My issue is that I have to do this manually for each document. With a lot of files to process it can be very time consuming...

Any thoughts and/or solutions?
