Can't figure out how to change the G-natural to F-##. It just keeps changing to Abb. Thanks.

Selection Tool.
Double-click the G♮.
Finale switches to the Simple Entry Tool, with the G♮ selected.
*) Hit the Down-Arrow key, to move the note down.
Now you have F♮ (and the note is still selected).
Simple menu > Simple Edit Commands > Accidentals > Double Sharp
B. Another way that also works - begin at *):
Hit the Up-Arrow key twice, to move the note up.
Now you have B♭ (and the note is still selected).
Change the note to B♯.
Hit the Down-Arrow key 3 times, to move the note down.
Now you have F𝄪.
