Check for unfilled measures

How can I check for measures I've neglected to fill with rests? The plug-ins I've found also check for extra notes, which is a no-go because I have cue notes and this whole rests in layer one.

Hmmm, yeah that may be a problem. You might have to so it a section at a time. One of our good script writers may be able to do a script that respects layers.
