How do I bind an rgp lua script to a hotkey?

On the Mac, you could use Keyboard Maestro. Scripts are a menu item, which can be associated to a hot key.

Do you know if there is a similar way to access the right-click menu options in KM?

Short answer: Yes, it's possible to access right click menu items.

Long answer: KM allows for AppleScript code within macro actions - so you could do it. You will get very deep in the weeds very quickly however. All right click menu items are application dependent, and also under pointer object dependent. That's what makes it complicated.

Thanks for the information. It's excessive for what I'm working on right now, but I do have plans to come back to this with some other automation tasks I need to do.

AppleScript doesn't work for KM with Finale menus. (Finale menus don't behave like other programs). After extensive research here's the only workable solution I could find:
