On the attached, is there a way to increase the playback volume of the piccolo?
It's completely overpowered by the harpsichord. Thanks.

Use the Mixer to adjust volumes?

Window > Mixer

Another option is to assign the instrument to its own bank (in Score Manager) and raise the volume of the instrument in "VST Banks & Effects," which lets you increase the volume to 200. If the Bank is below 100, you can simply drag the slider up to 100. If the instrument of one Garritan's, you can gain even more volume in the ARIA player settings, where you can also control the amount of reverb and EQ.

Assigning a bank...

1. Window (upper text menu) -> Score Manager.
2. Click on the button under "Bank" -> choose "Next Available."

Increasing the volume...

1. MIDI/Audio (upper text menu) -> VST Banks & Effects.
2. Drag the Volume slider to the right.

I have never encountered any distortion after increasing the volume.
