Greetings all!
I’ve just prepared a score for 2 trumpets and 2 cornets with 1st and 2nd time bars. I don’t want the 1st & 2nd endings to show on every part in the score, and so I unchecked Ending and Text Repeats in trumpet 2 and cornet 1 & 2.
The result, though, is that when trumpet 1 isn’t playing, the 1st & 2nd endings don’t show in the score. Is there any way to ask Finale to place the endings always on the top stave?
Thanks in advance!

1) In the Staff Attributes of all staves, Ending and Text Repeats should be selected under items to display.
2) In the score, click on the top handle and select Edit Ending. Choose between All Staves, Top Staff or a Staff List, which allows you to display the endings on selected staves (score and parts).

Many thanks Michelp!
That worked and my score looks much better now. I have never come across this before.
After all these years (decades, actually!) of using Finale, I'm still 'living and learning'....
