Page Format Wizard : a new script for RGP Lua

Jacob Winkler has created a spectacular script for RGP Lua, Page Format Wizard.
It regroups in one single window the formatting parameters for :
• score
• default parts
• special parts (specific formatting for selected parts)
For each one : page settings, system settings and even staff settings.

And there is an "Apply" button. No need to go through an extra step (Page Layout -> Redefine Pages -> All pages).

P.S. 2 : there are some reports of error messages (MacOs Monterey, Sonoma). Jacob Winkler announced that a fix should be available soon.

A version 1.2 is available which seems to fix the problem. The script now launches without a hitch.

Good to hear there is a new version. It never worked for me.
I'll download the 1.2 version today and have a go agaain. it's a great tool when you get it to work.

Do you ever wonder if the MM guys and gals see some of the amazing plug-ins and think we could of done that.

"Redefine pages" is certainly one of the odder aspects of Finale, so something like this is what's called for. Unfortunately, the people who need this most--beginners--are also the least equipped to go through the arcane process of installing Lua and getting the plug-in into the menu, so while this is a great substitute for the real thing, it really needs to be incorporated into Finale. Perhaps they can buy it from Mr Winkler and do that.
