Any idea how to get to only see one of each? Here is how it shows, and it takes forever to scroll down:

RGP Lua plugins show three times each

As they are RGP Lua scripts, open the RGP Lua plug-in and try deleting 2 items of each. But before deleting anything, make a copy of the RGP Lua folder on your Mac.
(This happened to me when several versions of RGP Lua are present in their specific subfolder on the Mac and when the scripts have been installed in each version. But in your case, I don't see any other RGP Lua folders nor multiple versions of RGP Lua in your partial screenshot)

Thanks, it worked.
The issue was, there were two redundant copies of the plugin RGPLua itself. I have deleted them both (with the RGPLua) and everything now shows and works normally
