measure numbers

I'm trying the file to show measure numbers every 3 measures, but I only show every 1 measure

I don't know how that happened, but go to the Measure tool, select all (Edit menu), then right click on one of the measure number handles and pick Show/Hide Based on Region. That should fix them all.

but clicking Show/Hide Based on Region only deletes 1only measure

It worked for me--you probably accidentally deselected everything. Might be easier to delete the measure region and recreate it.

I think some of my problems come from the double conversion my files undergo: I send them to someone that has Finale printmusic 2014, and I send them as XML.
Then he send me back the files and I have to convert them again.
