1) 8ths on Left hand (C - C). I'm trying to reverse the stem

2) To put all the 32ths on Right hand with the same beam to C on Left hand.

I appreciate your help and time

Selection Tool.
Double-click the first 8th C.
Finale switches to the Simple Entry Tool, with the first 8th C selected.
Hit the letter L key, to flip the stem.

This layout looks like 6/8 time.
Selection Tool.
In the Top Staff, select the measure.
Utilities menu > Rebeam > Rebeam to Time Signature…

In the dialog box Rebeam to Time Signature, set
Number of Beats: 2
Beat Duration: Dotted Quarter

To move a beam to the left:

1) You must be in the correct layer.

2) Special Tools Tool.
Sub-tool: Beam Extension Tool
Handles appear on the beam (if handles do not appear, click in the staff/measure).
Drag the handle to the left.
