I'm trying to get the placement of a short scoop into a note but just can't get the placement right.
The symbol looks OK on notes higher on the staff but with notes lower on the staff ... it's out of position.
What I'm looking for is something like this (pic)
My settings ...
Can anyone help me out with the settings? Or if you have a scoop like this, mind flying it over to me?
thanks!

Please specify the steps you’ve already taken (to solve the problem), so that we can rule out things.
One thing to try:
Context-click the articulation handle.
In the context menu, choose
Reset to Default Positioning
When you do so, Finale will reset the articulation’s positioning according to your settings in the Articulation Designer.
Another thing to try:
In the Articulation Designer, set the
Vertical Positioning
to Manual

I use Articulation #45 for Scoops.
It looks huge in the Selection Window, but looks fine on score and parts.
What you're using looks like a Rip.
