Page Layout not consistent

I am running Finale 2007 on a PBG4 running Leopard. I have not been able to get parts extracted so that all the resulting pages have a) the same page size even though I did select 8x11 in the page format and b) the same margins. The last few pages always have left and right side margins, even though I deselected that. Is this something that would be corrected by upgrading to 09?

Document menu > Page Format > Parts...

The page format in the dialog box "Page Format for Parts" is the page format Finale is using, as new pages are added to the end of the part.

Obviously you have in the dialog box "Page Format for Parts",
a) a different page size,
and
b) left and right side margins.

Hoping this has something to do with your question :
Any change made in the page format windows (score, parts) only take effect after you do : Page Layout tool, menu ->Redefine all pages.
