Is it possible to create a key command for Changing Note Sizes? I'm able to create them for other menu items via Keyboard Shortcuts in System Preferences, however, when it comes to items in a submenu I'm not able to find a solution.

Also, is it possible to create a key command for "Add Cue Notes" in the Plug-ins?

A macro software (like Quickeys on the Mac) can do what you want.

Plugins - TG Tools - Menu Shortcuts will do this on a PC.

I dont think ther is any option of changing the sizes of the note with a simple key command with the keyboard. There is nothing like such. It would wont work.
