Good morning, everyone. I have a question regarding Monitors with 5K resolution. Does Finale 27.4.1 work with this display resolution without a problem? I remember that Finale 25 had a problem working in 4K resolution and you had to run the program in low resolution. Finale 27 can handle 4k , but I don't know what about 5K? I use a Mac pro 6.1 with Black Magic eGpu and I know that with this external card my Mac works with 5K. I want to buy such a monitor but so far no one has given me an answer. Maybe some of you use a 5k monitor, or an iMac 5k and can give me an answer?

My memory could be wrong, but I think the issues with resolution have been on Windows. On Mac, the OS handles the screen scaling, so there's not much that the application needs to be responsible for. (In fact, you haven't been able to set an application to be "low-res" for several years.)
In short: yes, Finale 27 works on a 5K display. I have the Apple Studio Display.
