In the last week i've been having some issues with playback.
Firstly, the scrolling moves at double speed so the green marker is on measure 4 whilst measure 2 is playing and so on. It means that half a page into the audio the scrolling is already on the next page and makes proof reading and editing the music on screen a near impossible exercise. Also, when I click to stop the playback the audio continues until the point at which the visual cue has reached when i've clicked stop - like its catching up with itself. On a long piece it can mean waiting for five minutes or so.
This is deeply frustrating. It applies not only to pieces worked on since last week but all my back catalogue.
I'd welcome a reply, since this is driving me mad.
Many thanks,
Andy

Hi - yes, I'm using 2014. I'm trying to update but getting the error : An error occurred in retrieving update information. Please try again later.
Is it a known problem that the update resolves?
Thanks,
Andy

Try a different browser. The downloads don't play nicely with all of them. Also, turn off any antivirus programs for the duration of the download.

Odd that I've never had a problem with my antivirus program and downloading any program. It might just be a firewall or other security setting, and not the antivirus program causing the issue. If it ever does happen to me, I will definitely report back here.
