Playback will only start at the beginning

Whenever I attempt to playback from any measure other than measure 1, it seems like it is loading to play, but then just doesn't do anything. I have "from leftmost measure" selected in the playback region screen, but it still won't work. When I play from measure 1, it works just fine. What's up with this?

Is this in all files, or just a particular one?
