on measure 44 the notes will just extend far more then they are written in for and i do not know how to fix it

We can't tell much from the MIDI file.
Please post the Finale file. Before you can attach a .mus document here, you must compress it, e. g. as a .zip file. And the file size must not be more than max. 100 KB. Also, we need to know which program and version you are using.
