when Encore 4.5.5 MIDI files are imported ...

why is it Finale 2004a does not recreate them accurately. chords will be missing, slurs will be in the wrong places, and lyrics won't transfer over. why is that? when i import Finale files into Encore there's never a problem. hmm?
