I have a composition set up for flute and piano duet (score and playback). I want to change this to a violin and piano duet. Is there an easy way to do this, or must I start from scratch with a totally new score set up for violin and piano and copy-and-paste from the flute and piano score?

You can change the name of a staff with the staff tool, and you can change the sound in the instrument list (found in the window menu)

Thanks for your advice. It worked, but it took me a while to figure out that "Instrument List" window.
