This is with the same file(s) kept in a Box Sync folder shared between two computers, both running Mac OS 10.12.5. On one the pizzicato in GIFF KS strings (whether solo or section) plays, on the other pizz is ignored. The problem is specific to F 25.4, in F 2014.5 pizzicato with GIFF works on both computers.

Might it be worth my seeing what happens if I replace the GIFF folder in Applications on the computer where there is a problem with a copy of the GIFF folder from the one which works OK (via memory stick)? Or is that likely to be irrelevant? If it is irrelevant, what might be the solution? Preferences?

Update - I have tried two things which have NOT helped:

1) Trashing preferences (I did save my original ones first, so was able to restore them quickly).

2) Copying the GIFF folder in Apllications from the computer on which pizz works to the one where is doesn't.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Extraordinary: it's now working. What I did, whimsically I thought, was untick and then tick again every box I could find in Human Playback that related to pizzicato. At the end, everything that was ticked before was unticked and reticked, but that seems to have done the trick.

Very odd things computers!

It's as though the computer remember the action, not the state.
