bending playback is wrong... (smartshape tool)

I tried this tool (bending) and it doesn't seem to work well... during playback the pitch seem not to reach the notated second note but a far less pitch
for example if I put a bending c3-d3 and hit play I hear only a slight bending.
To hear a 1 tone bending the interval shoud be greater...for exalmple c3-a3
then hear the pitch going to d3 (but the notation isn't right)
So which is the way to specify the pitch of the second note the way what I hear is matching what I see?

And another question could be this:
How can I just modify the notation of a bending preserving the original bending imported from a MIDI file?
