Problem with the VTS plugins

OS: Windows 10 x64
Finale 25.5.0.290
Aria Player 1,872
Aria Engine 1.933 (Win x86)
That's my big problem. I installed Finale 25, which by the way worked normally. But after the installation of the "Garritan Instant Orchestra" and "Garritan Personal Orchestra 5" libraries, the Finale now displays the message: "The requested virtual instrument plugin could not be found".
I've already uninstalled and reinstalled "Aria Player" and "Aria Engine" several times. Not corrected. I updated all applications and did not resolve either.
I found a Makemusic article (unfortunately I can not put the link here yet) about this message and did exactly what the tutorial showed, but it did not solve either.
In the application of "Aria Player" all the libraries are there and they are working, so I believe the problem is not here.
I don't know what's going on wrong and honestly I've already gotten too bored with this annoying mistake. Could someone please help me?
