The arpeggio on c. 3 playbacks from the top to the bottom.
It's the only arpeggio in the score that sounds that way

You're using the glissando smart shape line, rather than the arpeggio articulation.
Replacing the line with the articulation corrects it. However, I still don't understand why the smart shape reversed it. I tried applying it to a chord, dragging both up and down, and it still played bottom to top.
