Mixer by fragments

Is there a way to fix the Mixer adapting the volume of each instrument by fragments In a score for several instruments?
I mean for instance: Clarinet: volumen high from m. 1 to 8, low from m. 9-11, very high from m. 12 to 13
Violin 1 : low m. 1-3, high m. 4-5, medium m. 6-8,..
Violín 2:....
Viola...
