Using finale in Korea.

I installed ASIO4all to use MIDI Keyboard with low latency, but it keeps crashing.

It crashes when I enter 'Audio settings' option and trying to do something with ASIO option.

What should I do?

(Unable to screenshot due to the SUPER FAST CRASH)

Using MIDI device: acorn masterkey 25

Maybe delete FINMIDI.INI and then reset the audio settings.

I've had no luck trying to use ASIO with Finale and less luck still trying to use ASIO4all with anything.

I've had nothing but problems with ASIO. I avoid it completely.

Steinberg's ASIO4All is not for "all" as it is not compatible with all soundcards. You apparently have a driver conflict if the problem you describe started after the installation. I would do the following four things:

1. Uninstall the ASIO4All driver then reboot.
2. Run a search for ASIO4All and manually remove any residual files (the uninstall feature in almost all apps is lame). I use freeware UltraSearch instead of Windows' native search as the latter is unreliable and slow.
3. Use the free but excellent home edition of Registrar Registry Manager by Resplendance to collectively purge the registry of ASIO4All footprints.
4. Determine if you truly need an ASIO driver for any attached hardware for your DAW: if so, contact your soundcard manufacturer for info about what supporting drivers are available.

Hope this helps.
