Different Playback in Finale vs. Exported File

Having a problem and it's driving me CRAZY!
I have an arrangement that has 5 voice parts, all set to the general Piano mode when I play it back in Finale. The problem is, when I export it to a midi or an MP3, the instruments change half-way through to vocal aahhs and random other sounds. I do have more options than I usually have for playback (the original Finale file was given to me), so maybe it's something there? I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about in hopes that someone has some idea on what I need to do!
