Finale and MIDI controllers

Hi all,
I am wondering if there is a way to copy all the midi data not only between measure in the same file, but between different files.
Because in Finale 2005 (I am using) you can only copy the velocity data but not mood weel, pitch bend, aftertouch and expression.

So you could let know I would be very grateful to you!

P.S. Also do you know if in Finale 2006 there is something like the pencil in Cubase in order to manage the Midi data?
