Audio MIDI setup for Mac

I have an elderly Yamaha PSR-295 keyboard which is linked by a single USB cable to my iMac. I haven't used it for playback of Finale files for ages. It used to work but now will only play back two out of four staves at the same time.
The midi studio shows two icons: IAC Driver and Yamaha PSR295_3 but as soon as I quit the setup I get this message on the screen.
Any ideas where I might be going wrong?
