Garritan Harp Problems

I know how to notate for harp in order to achieve proper playback.
My problem is that playback is inconsistent.
In an orchestral score some of the harp notations play back correctly and others don't.
It seems to be either a context or a corrupt measure issue.
In some measures the harp will not play back correctly, even if I delete it and re-notate it, and even if I delete all the other instruments and articulations in that measure.
