Finale Suddenly Stopped Recognizing Certain Tempo Expression

Hello! Yesterday, while working on some music, I went to play back my arrangement and Finale just ignored certain tempo expressions, going instead with the Playback Control's tempo, but only at certain points. Some expressions work while most are ignored. If I do playback using the spacebar, all the expressions load correctly. I have reinstalled Finale and the issue persists. The file in question is attached. Please help.
